By accessing, browsing, or using RawImageConverter (the 'Service'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the 'Terms'). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

RawImageConverter provides free online image conversion tools that process files entirely within your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. We do not store, transmit, receive, or process your images on our servers. The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' for personal and commercial use. RawImageConverter is a free service supported by advertisements.

The RawImageConverter name, logo, brand identity, website design, and original content are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The underlying source code of the converter tools is available on GitHub for reference under applicable open-source licenses. Important: The images you convert using our tools remain your sole property. We do not claim any ownership, rights, or interest in the files you process using our Service. We cannot access, view, or store your images as they never leave your device.

Since all image processing occurs locally in your browser, we do not collect, store, or have access to any content you convert using RawImageConverter. You retain full ownership and control of your content at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to convert and use any images you process through our Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RawImageConverter and its operators, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RawImageConverter regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
